第一節一般規定 Section 1 Basic Principles 第十四條 Article 14 經營人從事危險品航空運輸，應當取得危險品航空運輸許可并根據許可內容實施。 Operator, engaging in the transport of dangerous goods by air, shall obtain the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit and the implementation is carried out in accordance with the contents of the Permit. 第十五條 Article 15 民航地區管理局應當告知申請人有關危險品航空運輸的政策和規定，為申請人申請危險品航空運輸許可提供咨詢和申請書的標準格式。 CAAC Regional Administration shall notify the applicant of the policies and regulations concerning the transport of dangerous goods by air, provided the consultancy and the standard form of application letter to the applicant who applies for the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit. 第十六條 Article 16 遇災害運送救援人員或者物資等重大、緊急和特殊情況，民航地區管理局應當按照民航局的相關要求辦理危險品航空運輸許可。 When encountering significant, urgent and special instances such as calamity etc, in the event of transporting the rescue personnel and materials, CAAC Regional Administration shall handle the application for the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit according to the relevant requirements of CAAC. 第十七條 Article 17 民航地區管理局作出的危險品航空運輸許可應當包含下列內容： Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit granted by CAAC Regional Administration shall contain the following contents: （一）說明經營人應按本規定和《技術細則》的要求，在批準的經營范圍內實施運行； (1) Stating the operator shall conduct operation within the permitted business scope in accordance with the requirements of this Regulations and the Technical Instructions; （二）批準運輸的危險品類別； (2) Classification of dangerous goods permitted to be transport; （三）許可的有效期； (3) Term of validity of the Permit; （四）必要的限制條件。 (4) Conditions of necessary restrictions. 第二節國內經營人危險品航空運輸的申請和許可 |
