CAAC Regional Administration shall make examination within 4 days from the day when the application is accepted and shall make written decision on whether to issue the permit or not.民航地區(qū)管理局做出不予許可決定的，還應(yīng)當(dāng)向外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人說明理由。 CAAC Regional Administration, who has made the decision not to issue the permit, shall also give explainations and reasons to the foreign operator. 第三十三條 Article 33 本節(jié)要求提交的申請(qǐng)材料，如使用的是中文或者英文以外的其他文字，應(yīng)當(dāng)附帶準(zhǔn)確的中文或者英文譯本。 If other languages other than Chinese or English are used in the application materials submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Section, accurate Chinese or English translation shall be attached 第四節(jié)危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可的期限、變更和延期 Section 4 Time Limit Change and Extension of Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit 第三十四條 Article 34 危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可的有效期最長(zhǎng)不超過兩年。 The longest period of validity of the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit is not more than 2 years.出現(xiàn)下列情形之一的，危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可失效： Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit ceases to be effective if one of the following circumstances arise: （一）經(jīng)營(yíng)人書面聲明放棄； (1)Renouncement by the written statement of the operator; （二）許可依法被撤銷或者吊銷； (2)Permit is withdrawn or revoked according to laws; （三）許可有效期屆滿后未申請(qǐng)延期。 (3)Failure to apply for extension after the period of validity of the permit is expired. 第三十五條 Article 35 危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可持有人要求變更許可事項(xiàng)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向民航地區(qū)管理局提出申請(qǐng)；提交材料應(yīng)當(dāng)包括申請(qǐng)書和本規(guī)定第十九條、第二十四條中發(fā)生變更的材料。 Holder of the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit, requesting changes to the items of the Permit, shall submit application to CAAC Regional Administration; materials submitted shall include application letter and materials referred to in the Article 19 and Article 24 of this Regulation, which have changes taken place.符合本規(guī)定要求的，民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)依法辦理變更手續(xù)。 |
