3.3.4 In the event of the death of a passenger en route, the tickets held by persons accompanying the passenger may be modified by waiving the minimum stay or extending the validity. In the event of a death in the immediate family of a passenger who has commenced travel, the validity of the passenger's tickets and those of his or her immediate family accompanying the passenger may be likewise modified. Any such modification shall be made upon receipt of a proper death certificate and any such extension of validity shall not be for a period longer than forty-five (45) days from the date of the death. 3.4 票聯的順序和使用 3.4 Sequence and Use of Coupons 3.4.1 客票僅適用于客票上所列明的自出發地點、約定的經停地點至目的地點的運輸。票價是廈航與旅客之間運輸合同的基本內容。客票上所有的票聯必須按照客票填開時規定的順序使用。否則，該客票不但不能被接受，而且將會失效。 3.4.1 The ticket is valid only for the transportation specified on the ticket, from the place of departure via any agreed stopping places to the place of destination. The fare passengers have paid is based upon tariff of Xiamen Airlines which forms an essential part of the contract of carriage between Xiamen Airlines and passengers. All coupons must be used in the sequence specified at the time of ticket issuance; failure to observe this provision will render the ticket coupons invalid and the ticket coupons will not be honored. 3.4.2 如果旅客要改變運輸的任何一項內容，應事先與廈航聯系。運輸一經改變，票價將重新計算。如因不可抗力，旅客需改變運輸的任何一項內容，廈航將在合理的范圍內盡力將旅客運送至下一個中途分程地點或者最終目的地點，而不需重新計算票價。 3.4.2If a passenger wishes to change any aspect of the ticket itinerary, he or she must contact Xiamen Airlines in advance. The fare will be recalculated once the changes have been made to the ticket. If a passenger is required to change any aspect of ticket itinerary due to Force Majeure, Xiamen Airlines will use reasonable efforts to transport the passenger to the next stopover or final destination, without recalculating the fare. 3.4.3 如果旅客未經廈航同意而改變運輸，廈航將按照旅客實際的旅行確定票價。旅客應支付原票價與運輸變更后適用票價之間的差額，且客票未使用的票聯將作廢。 3.4.3 If a passenger changes his or her ticket itinerary without the consent of Xiamen Airlines, Xiamen Airlines will assess the correct fare for passenger's actual travel. The passenger will have to pay any difference between the original fare paid and the fare applicable for the revised ticket itinerary and the unused flight coupons from the original ticket will no longer be valid. |
