3.1.4 客票不得轉(zhuǎn)讓。轉(zhuǎn)讓的客票無(wú)效，票款不退。如客票不是由有權(quán)乘機(jī)或退票的人出示，而廈航非故意性地向出示該客票的人提供了運(yùn)輸或退款，廈航對(duì)原客票有權(quán)乘機(jī)或退票的人，不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 3.1.4Tickets are not transferable. A transferred ticket is invalid and non-refundable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person to whom it was issued for transport or for a refund, Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable to the original ticket holder if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket. 3.1.5 客票不得涂改，涂改的客票無(wú)效，票款不退。 3.1.5A ticket is invalid and non-refundable if it has been tampered with. 3.2 客票的有效期 3.2 Valid Period 3.2.1 除特別約定外，客票有效期自旅行開(kāi)始之日起，一年內(nèi)有效；如果客票全部未使用，則從填開(kāi)客票之日起，一年內(nèi)有效。 3.1.2Unless otherwise agreed, a ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date of commencement of travel, or if no portion of the ticket has been used, from the date the ticket was issued. 3.2.2 除特別約定外，客票有效期的計(jì)算，從旅行開(kāi)始或填開(kāi)客票之日的次日零時(shí)起至有效期滿之日的次日零時(shí)止。 3.2.2Unless otherwise agreed, the validity of a ticket begins from midnight on the date of commencement of travel or the date of issue, until midnight on the date of expiration. 3.3 客票有效期的延長(zhǎng) 3.3 Extension of Validity 3.3.1 由于廈航的下列原因之一，造成旅客未能在客票有效期內(nèi)旅行時(shí)，其客票的有效期可延長(zhǎng)至廈航能夠提供與該客票已付票價(jià)相符艙位等級(jí)座位的第一個(gè)航班為止： 3.3.1If a passenger is prevented from traveling within the valid period of the ticket because Xiamen Airlines: a) 取消旅客已定妥座位的航班； a) cancels the flight on which the passenger holds a reservation; or b) 未在航班約定經(jīng)停地點(diǎn)降停，而該經(jīng)停地點(diǎn)是旅客的出發(fā)地點(diǎn)、目的地點(diǎn)或中途分程地點(diǎn)； b) omits a scheduled stop, which is the passenger's place of departure, place of destination or a stopover; or c) 未能合理地按照班期時(shí)刻進(jìn)行航班飛行； c) fails to operate a flight reasonably according to schedule; or |
