d）Xiamen Airlines shall help arrange meals and accommodations. But all of the costs related to the passengers of origin are payable by themselves. 10.2.3 由于廈航的原因，取消或延誤航班、或未能提供旅客事先定妥的座位、或造成旅客錯失已定妥座位的銜接航班、或未能在旅客的目的地點或中途分程地點經停，廈航除按本條件第10.2.2條a）、b）、c）款規定辦理外，還應按廈航規定免費為旅客提供休息場所、飲料、食品、膳宿或其它廈航認為必要的服務。 10.2.3If Xiamen Airlines cancels a flight or causes a flight to be delayed, or fails to provide a seat reserved by a passenger (including class of service), or causes a passenger to miss a connecting flight on which the passenger holds a confirmed reservation, or fails to stop at the passenger’s destination or stopover, due to its own fault, it shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraphs a), b) and c) of paragraph10.2.2, and shall provide passengers with lounge access, drinks, meals, accommodations and other services deemed necessary by Xiamen Airlines free of charge in accordance with the regulations of Xiamen Airlines. |
