9.1.5 旅客不得在托運行李內放置現金、珠寶、貴重金屬、個人電子設備（如筆記本電腦、照相機、攝像機等）、可轉讓票據、有價證券和其它貴重物品、個人需定時服用的處方藥、商業文件、護照和其它身份文件或樣品。廈航對行李中上述物品的遺失、損壞只承擔一般行李的賠償責任。 9.1.5Passengers shall not include in their checked baggage money, jewelry, precious metals, personal electronic devices (such as laptops, cameras and video recorders, etc.), negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, prescribed medicine to be taken regularly, business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples. Xiamen Airlines is only liable according to the limitations of liability for general checked baggage for the loss of or damage to the aforementioned items contained in checked baggage. 9.2 拒絕運輸權利 9.2 Right to refuse carriage 9.2.1 對本章9.1條中規定不得作為行李運輸的物品，廈航有權拒絕承運或續運。 9.2.1Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to refuse to carry or re-forward as baggage the items described inparagraph9.1. 9.2.2 出于安全、運行上的原因，或為了其他旅客的舒適和便利而不適合運輸的行李，廈航可拒絕尺寸、形狀、重量、內容、特性等不適合運輸的行李。 9.2.2Xiamen Airlines may refuse to carry as baggage any item deemed to be unsuitable for carriage for safety or operational reasons, or for the comfort and convenience of other passengers, or because of its size, shape, weight, content or character. 9.2.3 托運行李要用行李箱或其它合適的容器妥善包裝，以保證在正常操作條件下安全運輸，否則廈航可拒絕收運。 9.2.3All checked baggage must be properly packed in suitcases or other appropriate containers to ensure safe transport with ordinary care in handling. Xiamen Airlines may refuse to accept unsuitably packed items for carriage as baggage. 9.2.4 除非事先已經商定，否則廈航可將超過免費行李額部分的行李安排在后續航班上運輸。 |
