Integrated Eurocontrol Training Design Tool

TRAINDEV2 will be based on the existing tool used to design the ATCO Common Core Content and will include the experience gained with IMPACT. It will be a system to assist during training design and to edit training syllabus and training plans.
Integrated Initial Flight Plan Processing System
is the CFMU system in charge of receiving and processing the GAT IFR flight plan data and associated update messages for the area covered by the participating States. It subsequently distributes these messages in a format which can be received and processed automatically by ATC Flight Plan Processing Systems (FPPS) and the CEU without further intervention. The IFPS is installed in two geographical sites.

Integrated Task Analysis (of ATCOs)

Integration (ATC System)
The operation of the whole system in a given area in such a manner that, from the user’s perspective, it functions as if it were a single unit and that optimal use is made of airspace. Taking account of the existing and developing degree of integration parts of the area, this can be achieved by applying common standards, specifications and procedures (the expression "common standards", "common specification" and "common procedures" are understood to mean standards, specifications and procedures of such uniformity as is required to enable the whole system to work together, e.g. in respect of the exchange, processing and presentation of data) throughout the area, and by common implementation of new systems to attain an identical level of sophistication through use of a common data source.
